When pain was never ending…

I too was in terrible pain when running that beloved run last weekend. It started from the mild shin and it ended up with a fracture of my tibia! Pain was varying in degree so at the beginning I did not pay much attention but it got worse. I went to my doc however he didn’t give me a good solution.

I was hesitant about what do to next. Doctor was a huge a disappointment and friends, even they knew about it, did not offer any real help. One night, when browsing, I came across with thousand of solutions which promised to work. I put each one of them in practice but it turned out none of them actually gave a damn about my pain. I resigned and went to bed hoping that my pain was going to go away anytime soon.

Next week I had my final run with the whole family and friends coming over to see me making it to the end. When I was having that thought I was at work with literally no chance of making the run as my lower leg didn’t want to stop hurting. I started to think about the causes, could it be my technique while running? Could it be because my heel was striking too strong?

Whatever it was I had to relief my pain ASAP for my next and decisive run. When I got home, exhausted of thinking about this bloody pain, I switched on the computer looking for more solutions when I encountered this very pdf.

After having read it I understood most of the things that where going on with my shin splints. It opened my eyes and I could start to see the light for my run that was starting in just a few days. Excited, to say the least, I emailed my friends to send them the guide I had just downloaded.

Needless to say, all of them were shocked about the information I had sent them. Endless google searches like:

• shin splints treatment
• how to stop shin splints
• stop shin splints
• stop shin splints forever
• how to prevent shin splints
• are shin splints permanent
• painkillers for shin splints
• quick fix for shin splints

Were already gone thanks to the advice on the pdf.

So, how did all end up for me?
I went to this so-called address where I got much more significant information about the shin splints problem and I became a master. Now, at every run I know what to do while running and after running to avoid such pains.

Family and friends were all happy to see me well and I could get the second position!! We all went to celebrate it and I told my colleagues about this little secret.
